SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator in the Residential New Homes Business. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for building a Sales Proposal that the Energy Consultants will use in time for their appointment with a homeowner buyer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Works remotely and independently to support the Energy Consultants in the U.S
Prepares proposals using the SunPower proposal generating tool
Ensures accuracy and timelines of proposal generation
Captures all customer-related data into Salesforce Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform and other IT platforms
Keenly follows the Standard Operating Procedures
Communicates responsively and professionally through emails and calls to internal and external colleagues, consistently upholding the SunPower branding
Meets and exceeds monthly quotas and service level agreements while working in a fast-paced environment
Performs other duties as assigned
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
College Graduate
Zero to minimal years of related work experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Competent in using Salesforce
Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work nightshift, weekends and US/PH holidays
