Description:
» Achieve/exceed quarterly sales quota by renewing existing customer/clients and growing the existing relationship through upsell/increase.
» Plan and prioritize sales activities which includes but not limited to; targeted sales campaigns, social media selling, and virtual customer meetings, towards achieving agreed business goals
» Negotiate, contact and communicate both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process.
» Deliver online presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed. Including providing pricing and contract terms on renewals or growth opportunities.
» Manage a renewable book of business to ensure customer value realization, high retention rates and focus on upselling within the existing footprint.
» Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate personalized value propositions, significant internal engagements, and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of, customer engagement and practice therefore accelerating business growth.
» Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity.
» Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide significant feedback.

» Candidates should have a track record of prosperous lead generation and knowledge of the sales process.
