Description
The Inside Sales role will include prospecting for, nurturing, and following up leads to qualify prospects as a fit for a
sales call. The IS will receive qualification call bookings from marketing efforts but in time will also be expected to
undergo their own prospecting networking to introduce extra opportunities. The ISA will work directly with the
Directors and Virtual Assistant to assist in running their CRM and attending day-to-day tasks as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inside Sales Co-ordination which includes; Prospecting/New Conversations; Phone calls and SMS; Email;
and Social Media - including following a LinkedIn strategy and working with a VA to respond to and follow
up leads with haste.
• Qualifying Calls which includes: Booking in Qualifying calls; Executing the call following prescribed process;
Updating CRM with notes; Booking qualified prospects to a sales call or meeting with Director/s.
• Follow Ups - Prospect Follow Up at regular intervals as per sales cycle; Sending Collateral via email or post;
Nurture unqualified prospects for future opportunities
• Systems and Process Administration:
o Keeping templates, scripts, and other sales resources up to date and accessible
o Assist in Training and development for new hires
o Reporting and tracking on sales and pipeline metrics
o Provide proactive feedback for continuous improvement
o Manage the CRM and Deal Flow
• Take part in weekly/monthly meetings and routine training
• Meet and exceed KPI targets set by the Client
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of Outbound sales experience and Business to business (B2B) preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn/Social Media and CRM management preferably ZOHO
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets/KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, phone manner and ability to relate to customers
• Honest, self-motivated and passionate to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Delivers positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward prospects and customers at all times.
