The Inside Sales Associate makes outbound calls to cold/warm leads and converts these leads to telephone meetings for the sales team
Key Responsibilities:
• Makes outbound phone calls to cold/warm leads from data/lists.
• Records lead details, call notes, send emails and schedule call back's in accordance with process.
• Delivers scripts, handles objections for Gatekeepers/Recommenders/Decision Makers.
• Books meetings with the Recommender or Decision Maker for the sales team.
• Prepares weekly activity reports, analyse own results and make improvements.
• Takes part in weekly/monthly meetings and routine training.
• Ensures that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is kept up to date such as lead details, call notes, and email sent.
• Carries out activity in accordance with follow up process and KPI's
• Updates improvement journal and be responsible for your own continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications :
• Outbound sales experience and/or appointment setting experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable in making cold/warm outbound phone calls.
• Experience with CRM, Office365 and LinkedIn/Social Media preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, phone manner and ability to relate to customers.
• Honest, self-motivated and passionate to work in a fast-paced team environment
