INSIDE SALES & TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
 
Qualifications:
Experience in an Inside Sales Role, including calling home buyers and sellers from online lead sources such as Zillow and Google Pay Per Click.
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively, with a solid understanding of US real estate.
Proficiency in using Brivity and a willingness to become an expert in drip plans and long-term drip systems to nurture leads until they are ready to meet with the agent.
Energetic and Upbeat demeanor on the phone, with a strong drive to close deals.
Ability to handle tasks associated with a Transaction Coordinator Role, such as:
Speaking to customers and addressing their inquiries.
Monitoring agents' emails and responding to customer questions regarding their transactions.
Uploading contracts to transaction management software and gathering necessary documents.
Ordering home inspections and surveys, locating HOA rules, and utility providers.
Uploading listings and pictures for sellers to the local MLS board.
Scheduling closings and adding customers to a long-term contact follow-up plan.
