Desire skills Experience
· At least 2 years Vocational graduate or College undergraduate
· Minimum of 2-3 + years' experience in Injection molding
· Minimum of 1-3 + years' experience in manufacturing environment
· Have Knowledge in ISO process accredited system
· Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
· Candidate must have good organizational skills
· Positive attitude is a must
Troubleshooting
· Injection molding machines according with plastic procedures
· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment.
· Set up, repair, and troubleshoot injection molding equipment.
· Repair and troubleshoot injection molding presses.
Set-Up
· Perform in-press changeovers, bench work for replacement of worn or broken tooling cleaning and polishing, mold changeovers and set-up.
· Machine Operator Maintenance Duties included mold installation, machine set-up, start-up and process troubleshooting of plastic injection molding machines.
· Prepare molds, set-up machines, train operators, make adjustments to machines during operation, set-up test equipment
· Assist in set-up of tools and processing of injection molding machines, robots and related automation equipment.
· Operate automated and semi-automated injections molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
· Perform in-process adjustments to auxiliary equipment as required.
· Repaired and maintained machines and auxiliary equipment.
· Prepare molds and equipment for schedule jobs, making necessary adjustments to molding machines and auxiliary equipment as required.
Machine Operation
· Apply expertise in identifying and correcting mold and machine operational problems.
· Started machine to begin production and observed machine operations for evidence of malfunction and products for defects.
· Observed machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.
· Machine operation, quality control, attention to detail, risk management.
· Perform mold changes with quality issue until thoroughly completed with effective follow-up and communication with management.
· Worked on mold setup/mold changes and adjusted processes to create a quality product.
