ALESI (Active Land Estate Sales, Inc.) BACOLOD is the exclusive sales organization of Active Realty Devt Corporation and Active Construction Inc in all of its projects in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental.

INHOUSE SALES AGENTS
1 MALE AND 1 FEMALE
Job Description
Contract basis with monthly allowance, and attractive incentive and commission package
Days to report, official business trips (fieldwork) allowed: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm except mall duties (10am to 9pm)
Generate sales for all projects
In-house agents are provided with marketing collaterals such as t-shirts, brochures, sales kits and budget during out of town blitz and other sales activities which they have to suggest following a sales proposal to be duly deliberated and approved by management
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course preferably MARKETING, ADVERTISING, MASS COMMUNICATIONS, IT
Male or Female
Organized and analytical with substantial experience in Marketing and/or
Advertising and Promotions, Sales
Creative, innovative, computer savy, technical
Self-directed, motivated, resilient
Preferably Bacolod Area
Preferably graduate from La Salle or other prestigious schools
