To perform general direction of an Information Systems Manager or Assistant Information Systems Manager, with performance judged on the ability to meet production schedules, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.
Qualifications:
At least years' experience as Information Technology Supervisor in the hospitality industry
Able to provide guidance to employee regarding work procedures, technical issues, work priorities, and special requests from customers.
Can troubleshoots technical, operational, or customer service problems and takes corrective action to resolve conflicts
Independent and reliable
