Design scalable implementation models working with the vendor to meet operation needs. Hands- scripting and reporting experience The candidate must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions to improve the service and processes and working with stakeholders to drive business decisions and business outcomes. Primary Responsibilities: Install and maintain OS and software to support attack path mapping offering Work with partners to pull APM information based on tools to be used Recommend tools or processes that will improve the team's ability to map out attack paths in various contexts within business Manage cloud infrastructure services and multiple cloud server instances Work with vendor and partners to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources Coordinate with different functional teams to implement solutions and monitor outcomes Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Experience with distributed data/computing systems Experience working with and creating data architectures Strong experience in Operating system trouble shooting Work experience as a Application or System Engineer/Administrator Knowledge of operating systems and networking technologies Good knowledge of monitoring tools and ability to work with teams to ensure systems are aviable and in desired working state and ensure the confidentiality integrity and avability of the data collected by tool APM service Good knowledge of security (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Kerberos, Policies, entitlements etc.) Expertise in at least one popular scripting tool Exposure to cloud solution in Azure/AWS/GCP Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques Ability to communicate and liaise with onshore counterparts Ability to build measure and improve team metrics Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Active Directory Knowledge of Network troubleshooting Understanding of Company policies and maintain compliance to them on tools the service uses
