Description
• Undergraduate degree in IT, Business or any related field.
• Relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or GIAC) a plus.
• Relevant training in quality, process improvement or project management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) a
plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• With high learning capacity; must be able to learn, understand technology, regulatory and audit requirements
• Must have sound judgment with sense of ethics, impeccable integrity and be highly organized and focused
on delivering results.
• Highly analytical, with attention to detail.
• Must be flexible and customer-focused
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• The position requires close coordination with the Business. Its responsibilities include:
• Assists in the analysis of the company's regulatory, compliance posture and the development of control
recommendations.
• Assists with the analysis and interpretation of regulatory/business policy compliance requirements (e.g. PCIDSS,
SOX, DPA, EU GDPR, etc.)
• Assists with the program management of Integrated Management System (ISMS and QMS : ISO 27001 / ISO
9001)
• Conducting business process reviews
• Documenting, communicating and tracking of all issues discovered from compliance's activities.
• Coordinating with the business units to follow-up corrective action of its compliance findings.
• Provides assistance in training personnel on the policies and procedures.
• Identify and monitor risk on the organization and recommended treatment and controls
• Help drive security awareness and compliance across the business
• Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in
special department projects.
• Perform other duties as necessary in support of the department's initiative.
