Job Description:
ITU Director manages RAFI's IT infrastructure and cloud systems, strengthens cybersecurity and risk management, ensures reliable operations, and drives modernization, data improvements, and AI adoption. It leads the ESI Squad, manages vendors, supports audits, and develops IT staff to deliver secure, efficient, and future-ready technology services.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred, with 15-20 years of IT experience and at least five years in technology leadership. Strong hands-on technical expertise is essential. Certifications in cloud, ITIL, cybersecurity, or project management are an advantage but not required, as proven experience is valued more.
