The Role
Review and shortlist content creator applicants based on client parameters
Manage tracking (including of product shipping) and provide reporting (# of outreachs, response rate)
Manage internal and external creative assets
Assign creative briefs
Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed) - client to provide templates
Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
Escalating issues when appropriate re: contract negotiation / content creator deliverables
QC content from creators
Assistant in the creation of SOPs / process documentation as needed
The Requirements
Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets - must have
Experience with Gmail and Slack - must have
Experience with Monday.com and frame.io (or similar tool) for project management - need to have
Familiarity with TikTok for B2C advertising - nice to have
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work on the graveyard following the US Easter Time
