Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Manager in Barcelona we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll support PME to ensure non-compliance risks analysis using Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, manufacturing), lead implementation of Quality Control Plans using REX (Return of Experience) of previous project execution & associated relevant IQ staffing and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing & developing the industrial quality team, using Q-School process & yearly training / qualification plan, but also managing APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.
We'll look to you for:
Lead control & process digitalization.
Improve Quality level per main processes:
Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the outgoing product quality.
Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
Support of manufacturing for quality topics:
Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
Support manufacturing teams to develop self-inspection.
Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.

Master's degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical) or equivalent.
Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
Management experience.
Project management or equivalent.
Desirable: Minimum 5 years experience in industrial
