INDUSTRIAL QUALITY ENGINEER
RESPONSABILITIES:
Be to reference for maintenance teams for daily technical and processes and supplier quality issues and related improvement actions
Drive the Project team and process owners in the Internal NC management (including MQI) and contributing to the related improvement plan and processes reviews and NC decreasing
Drive project teams on the problem solving activities (8D, QRQC, etc.) management related to the maintenance activities
Perform effectiveness evaluation of improvement plan and processes reviews through Internal NC analysis on processes rewieved and process audits / workstation audits
Manage the internal quality issues raising quality control plans for maintenance, revision of equipment, overh.auls of equipment, trains and procedures based on FMEA and field returns
Perform cost of non quality analisys in maintenance activities.and define action plans aimed at the reduction of costs of non quality
Supporting the deployment and implementation of lean manufacturing tools in maintenance according to APSYS requirements
Ensure the proper defects rex management to eradicate them
Collect data analisys for KPI improvement related to maintenance activities
Ensure the proper animation methodology on defect feedback loop.
Supervising the interventions of suppliers in order to ensure the quality of their activities on trains
Help to promote a Quality and EHS culture and behaviour in the depot which enables the business to meet its objectives.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
3 years university degree in technical matters (mechanical or electro-technical background is preferred).
At least 5 years experience preferred in an Industrial Management environment, including managing quality activities.
Quality experience and significant knowledge of product inspections.
Experience in Railway industries is a plus.
Good communication skills in English

Familiar with quality tools: 8D, PDCA, QRQC, etc.
Familiar with quality inspection methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and analytical skills
