Job Description
Thermal insulation of pipelines and tanks
Installing sheet metal blanks on pipelines and tanks
Engage in the manufacture of sheet metal fabrications by means of drawings
To undertake the assembly of boxes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Diploma or certificate in Insulation
Insulation experience, minimum 1 year in the last 3 years
Experience with rock wool, cladding, prefabrication
Ability to read and understand drawings
Ability to tie a roll wool, to calculate the perimeter, to position and tie of longitudinal, circular seams
Ability of installation of tin blanks: to cut off, to roll, to zigzag a linear segment, make a simple cap (from two parts)
To make a simple conical cap (from one part), full and half tee peace admission, smoothing, redrawing, reproduction of deformed, to produce templates for cutting shells, full and half tee piece admission
Production of patterns and details: elbows, tee pieces, reducer, sewn caps, flange, valve boxes, spheres
Forklift certificate - an advantage
Ability to work at height, and to lift heavy weights
Must be responsible and diligent
