Job Purpose:
Assists in operational system, processes and policies in support of organization mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- With at least 3 years of professional industrial engineering experience in a Food Mfg company
- Background and knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Cost, Time and Motion Study
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
-Must have personal qualities associated with good human and interpersonal relations.
