INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
 
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather data and evaluate departmental processes to maximize performance and efficiency with special focus on logistics, warehousing, inventory and engineering processes.
Create and ensure implementation of safety, risk management and mitigation of logistics and supplies between locations.
Create and implement necessary forms for departmental efficiency and integration.
Ensure all policies, strict upkeep of records and quality control are in order between logistics, warehousing and procurement.
Identify and monitor expenses to develop cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments for their process requirements
Interested to work in different product lines (construction, e-comm, retail, etc)
Evaluate and audit processes
ISO program champion
Develop and manage budgetary requirements for systems upgrade or process improvement
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Assist in month, quarterly and year-end processes.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Graduate
Minimum 2 years work experience with special focus on systems improvement
Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Desktop applications (Excel, Microsoft word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
SAP proficiency is a plus
Critical, analytical and quantitative skills
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Collaborative and strong inter-personal skills and can work with personnel at all levels
Sense of urgency to get things done, self-motivated and proactive
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Different areas of assignment
Multiple locations, Official Travels to be expected
Fieldwork
With at least 1 rest day/week
Reports to CEO
