JOB SUMMARY
The Industrial Engineer will create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems, reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reviews production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
2.Designs production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
3. Develops and implements process improvements and technological upgrades.
4. Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
5. Develops design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
6. Prepares material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
7. Designs the layout of facilities and determines personnel requirements.
8. Trains staff for new processes and provides instructions and manuals.
9. Manages process documentation and prepares production reports.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in Kaizen, process analysis, time study and other IE principles.
