Industrial Engineer Management Trainee
Industrial Engineer Management Trainee will oversee production schedules, work closely with the team to optimize resource allocation, and address production issues promptly. They recommend preventive measures, observe corrective actions, minimize resource wastage, and ensure adherence to quality policies. They perform assigned tasks, follow safety rules and company policies, and actively participate in QMS and 5S programs. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Your Role:
You'll work closely with our production team by efficiently schedule workers and allocate resources to maximize productivity.
Your quick response to production issues is essential, as take necessary actions to address any challenges that arise and inform the production head.
Your keen observation skills will come into play as you identify and correct production problems, providing valuable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
You will closely monitor the implementation of corrective actions, including 5S practices, waste water disposal, and plant-wide memorandum issuance.
Your insights and suggestions will be crucial in minimizing resource wastage, such as raw materials, waiting time, manpower, electricity, and time and motion.
You'll ensure that quality policies and objectives are understood, implemented, and maintained.
You'll also collaborate with the Production Head on various job tasks and reports, contributing to the smooth functioning of our production processes.
Your commitment to safety and adherence to our company's rules and Code of Discipline to create a secure and productive work environment.
Active participation in company programs and dedication to meeting quality management system (QMS) and 5S requirements will further enhance our operational efficiency.
Your availability for additional tasks assigned by your superior from time to time.

Your Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
