The Management Associate is a person with an engineering background able to grow to a leadership capacity within the next two years. Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. Main duties include ensuring product conversion repeatability, analyze system efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. Implements simple yet effective solutions to continually boost production and conducting risk assessments prior any project execution.
