Detailed Responsibility:
Develop & maintains technology policies, standards & procedures manual; develop & maintain related technology checklist.
Translate user needs into system requirements with demonstrated skill in presenting information in an effective & understandable manner.
Develop, maintain & test Disaster Recovery Plan for the organization. Also maintain a software repository of all custom software as well as a change control system for all electronic media & systems.
Work closely with other groups to coordinate plans & activities including coordination to facilitate specific development projects that involve the enterprise system, the coordination of software upgrades & the instillation of new product.
Provide projects management services as required for designated work efforts.
Presents to Operations & when approved, implements technological alternatives to current work process to streamline functions & improved productivity & efficiency.
Works with projects teams to support & enchance other data base system & provide timely & quality management reports as needed of various areas of business.
Recognize & identifies potential areas where existing policies & procedures require change or where new once are need to be develop, especially regarding future business expansion & database/enterprise modification/purchase.
Works with project teams to support & enhance the organization's custom designed application.
Manage software license on a company-wide basis & ensures proper security measures have been evaluated & implemented as indicated by company policy and/or best industry practices.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities & directing the work of subordinate employees.
