INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER - MODULAR DESIGN SOLUTIONS

We are an interior fit-out contractor who provides high-quality design solutions, offering innovative and functional approaches to residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer who is passionate about design, with hands-on experience in space planning, furniture, and modular design. This role offers the opportunity to shape both aesthetic and practical solutions for a variety of interiors.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional design solutions for interior spaces, considering client needs, space constraints, and aesthetic goals.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and production teams to ensure designs are both functional and visually appealing.
Create detailed design plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, and technical specifications for interior fit-outs, including modular cabinetry and furniture.
Oversee prototype development, material selection, and finishes to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to ensure accurate execution of design concepts.
Troubleshoot design and assembly challenges with the production team to maintain seamless project flow.
Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and space optimization.
Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, space planning, modular design, or fit-out projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, material selection, and spatial functionality.
Hands-on experience in cabinetry or furniture design is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Willingness to travel and visit project sites as needed.
Must know how to drive a motorcycle and/or a 4-wheel vehicle (must have valid driver's license).
