JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is an IT/Outsourcing company that offer services in over 35 languages for Customer Service, Technical Support, Content Moderation, Virtual Assistant, Network Operations Centre, Document Processing, Data Research Services, Risk Compliance and Know Your Customer Services.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for validating the compliance of all content submitted by members or users of the application
Identify and escalate potential errors of the applications used
Report to direct supervisor or designated team the complex reviews for further checking
Participates in testing / launching / implementing new products or working tools
Able to adapt changes in terms of instructions, instruments use and operational aspects
Other task assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
Filipino who are proficient in Indonesian language
Indonesian National with Resident Visa
Good English communication skills
With PC and Internet for work from set up (Internet speed 5mbps/PC Specifications minimum - Windows OS/ Intel Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 with 8 GB RAM, Headset for team meetings
Willing to relocate in Davao
Currently residing in Philippines
Can start as soon as possible
