Job Description:
BE Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Income Auditor to join our BE Resort Mactan finance team. The Income Auditor will be responsible for verifying all revenue transactions and ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and timely. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily audits of all revenue transactions for the hotel/resort
Verify the accuracy of all transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities
Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management
Reconcile daily revenue reports with the general ledger
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
Assist in the year-end audit process
Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Develop and implement internal controls to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the revenue audit process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 3+ years of experience in income audit, accounting, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of hotel/resort accounting and revenue systems is a plus
