Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
With at least 2-4 years of working experience in system management software/ helpdesk system/ network services or equivalent
Ability to understand and communicate high level technical concept
Knowledgeable in Remote Control System
Preferably local candidate of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all incidents and service request
Escalate incidents at risk of breaching service level agreement to the process coordinator
Log all incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization
Acknowledge the restoration of service is to register and classify received incidents and to undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible
Create and maintain documentation for processes, standards and procedures related to change, incident and problem management
Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendation for improvement
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
