Onerent is looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have exceptional skills in planning and executing ad strategies and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. He or she should have experience running Demand Generation Campaigns using multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities
Launch multi-channel marketing campaigns driven towards growth - using content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing to create customer demand for Onerent products and services that can generate qualified leads.
Create and test inbound elements, including landing pages, email content, automated customer journeys, video content, web pages, CTA's.
Create and manage social media calendars. Monitor Onerent social media pages for brand reputation and performance on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Optimize marketing automation and lead generation through email, content and social channels.
Report analytics to measure effectiveness of inbound efforts and areas for improvement.
Assist in gathering data and research within Google Analytics, Base CRM, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Instapage, Autopilot.
Collaborate with Design Team, Content Team, Marketing Team, and Inbound Market Development Team to generate qualified leads and traffic to campaigns.
Innovate, improve or find new ways to achieve Growth Team objectives.
Proactively report and update the Growth lead and CMO about the project progress, findings and recommendations that can potentially drive Growth for Onerent
Qualifications
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and comfort with a swiftly changing landscape
2+ years of experience managing demand generation programs at a high-growth technology company.
Demonstrable results contributing meaningful amounts of pipeline and revenue by leveraging a variety of marketing channels (including, but not limited to: website, paid media, search, email, third party partnerships and live/virtual events).
Fundamental understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead nurturing, email marketing, landing page, form strategy, etc.
Extensive experience with direct marketing and marketing automation including A/B testing, customer segmentation and analytics as well as strong proficiency with technology tools that support such marketing efforts
Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure effectiveness of marketing programs
Experience owning creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to c-suite stakeholders
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Adept content marketing and writing skills
Graphic Design experience is a bonus.
