Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken person who has tremendous strong communication skills and has the ability to close deals with ease. You will be working a majority of your time on FIELD WORK and seek potential buyers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new clients or buyers and follow up with leads in your pipeline on a daily basis;
Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Set up an "Ideal Week" that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals and quota
Sets monthly and quarterly goals
