Duties and Responsibilities.
Developing sales and coverage strategy to meet sales and profit targets
• Have an in-depth understanding of trade landscape and trends
• Lead and develop effective sales and coverage strategy based on the market trend and landscape and customer understanding
• Constantly think of creative new ways to expand stores and increasing distribution profitably to maximize sales and profit for the company
Developing healthy relationships with clients/customers
• Understand how to penetrate, build and nurture the relationship with customers, particularly top customers
• Lead to convert the relationship into Joint Business Plan with a win-win mindset over the mid and long run
• Creates and leads productive and collaborative dialogue among customers especially when interests are in conflict
• Makes clear and concise proposals and can generate healthy alternatives when selling or negotiating
Using Insights & Foresights
• Successfully leverages information to sell solutions in the context of the shopper and or consumer; has access to and leverage customer's shopper/consumer information systems
• Complements quantitative and qualitative information with intuition and awareness that drives insights for company and customers
• Together with the Trade Marketing Manager, able to identify emerging trends affecting the company and customers' business Influence customers and Company using a unique and valuable perspective/insight on market, industry, categories, and/or competition
Deliver Excellent Execution
• Consistently delivers execution with efficient use of resources and in a timely manner; does more effectively
• Builds a sense of mutual accountability for team results; holds self and others accountable for results
• Get things done the right way by operating with full integrity, especially in the face of execution challenges
• Works within principles, programs, and policies to create sustainable alternatives to achieve goals
Business Leadership
• Successfully leads and effectively prioritizes multifunctional resources for optimal financial performance and maximum impact at the customer
• Knows the roles of the industry players beyond customers, and competitors to include suppliers, alliance partners, and other agents
Organization Development
• Develops strong technical mastery for self and the organization via training, coaching
Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of solid Sales experience with proven expertise in the following skill areas:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
2. Organisation Development & Motivation
3. Budget Control
4. Effective Recruiting
5. Data Analysis
6. Building Excellent Relationship
7. Strong Communication Skills
