Qualifications:
1. Must be a BS Custom administration graduate
2. At least 6 months working experience in the Importation field
3. Experience in monitoring inbound shipments (Sea, Air, Land)
Job Description:
1. Receive and monitor the pre-alert documents coming from the principals.
2. Segregate pre-alert docs for filling and coordinate timely pick up of original documents with the brokers.
3. Keep the Importation monitoring updated daily (Telepayment, Importation Main File, Duties and Taxes, Warehouse Receiving File)
Check the accuracy of billing against the approved rates per service provider.
4. Check the completeness of attachments such as RRs, IRs coming from the warehouses as supporting documents of the billing.
5. Endorse billings based on the agreed processing lead time.
6. Report any discrepancies on receiving reports for action.
7. Coordinate with the brokers for timely release of the shipments.
8. Coordinate with the truckers for the delivery schedule
9. Coordinate with the Sales team regarding shipment arrivals and status.
10. Will make sure to endorse any relate docs as needed by departments such as Technical Clerk List, COAs and any related docs.
11. Create WHRR and NAV for the incoming shipments for warehouse reference.
12. Create RR at and NAV for direct deliveries.
13. Coordinate with the Warehouse Team details of the incoming shipment as well as the schedule of deliveries.
14. Accomplish Purchase Requisition forms for new imported orders (Commodity Starch only)
15. Monitor of the actual quantity and quality of the actual received good by the warehouses for appropriate action (PR for excess, reporting for CN for short ad damaged goods)
16. Process Purchase returns at NAV if deemed necessary.
17. Accomplish any importation tasks.
Salary: Php 537/ day
Contract: 3 months with possibility of extension
Schedule: Mon - Fri compressed schedule
