Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 540 per day
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration, Customs Administration, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of the importation process or documentation is an advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Can work with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor all importation documents (shipment papers, permits, declarations, etc.)
Coordinate with brokers, suppliers, and internal departments
Ensure timely and accurate submission of requirements
Track shipment status and update reports
Maintain organized and updated records of all import transactions
