IMPORT STAFF
 
Qualification
Graduate of any Business related course
With a minimum of three (3) years working relevant experience in a manufacturing firm
Must have basic knowledge on shipping or logistics processes
Good communications skills both in verbal and in writing
With high analytical and problem-solving skills
With a high tolerance for stress and must be keen to details
Duties and Responsibilities
 Coordinate with forwarders or brokers for shipping details of import air and sea shipments, monitor delivery status and advice default warehouse delivery location
Prepare import documents for customs clearance such as Import permit, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Certified true copy of Invoice and Packing List, PEZA seal, container Guarantee for FCL, SDS and required clearances for chemicals
Provide to PCO in-charge the copies of import documents for their importation with regulated chemicals
Process Marine Insurance for all raw material with FOB, EXW and C&F freight term
Provide the required data needed for the Eco Zone Monthly PEZA Report
Prepare required documents for the yearly renewal of GTSB for MCIA, CIP and NAIA
