Description
JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for all import shipment placements of purchase orders, delivery of materials based on the set parameters and requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Verifies arrival schedule of incoming shipments from appropriate shipping lines
• Communicate updates to customers and Account Managers on the status of shipment.
• Monitors customers processors and making sure that the customs clearance is within the standard lead time.
• Coordinates with shipping lines, forwarders, consolidators, port operators and outside warehouse on the related charges
needed for the customs clearance.
• Ensures timely request of check and cash requirements.
• Safe keep all operations documents.
• Advise logistics team of late deliveries.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
