Description
Roles and Responsibilities
As the Import Coordinator, it's your responsibility to provide administrative support to one of Australia's growing transport company. Your day to day activities is to manage incoming imports across all branches of the company (Australia wide), register and monitor jobs in the system, coordinate with agents, clients, and internal organisations worldwide, and perform other required administrative and related tasks.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of admin or call centre experience
A successful candidate must have
- Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
Proficient with
- MS Office Applications
- Experience Advantage
- Logistics experience
