Description
1. Handles Import documentation, Checking of Invoice,PL,BL, AWB and all pertaining shipping docs.
2. Coordinate shipment With Buyers , Forwarder , nBroker and shipping Lines
3. Arrange booking schedules to various forwarder and broker ( Air / Sea shipment and special shipments)
4. Monitor shipment status / Booking cut off / Sailing schedules
5. Provide shipping updates ETD, ETA , Releasing process ( Customs and PEZA )
6. Checking and ensure all shipping documents and packaging are correct and in compliance with Customs and PEZA requirements.
7. Lodgement of IP Thru EKONEK and INTERCOMERCE
8. Tracking of cargo thru MICP tracking system.
9. Data entry of shipment freight monitoring.
Exposure to manufacturing Company is advantage
*Knowledgeable in Customs rules and regulations.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
