Position Summary:
The Automate Implementation Specialist is responsible for interacting directly with large and high priority LabTech partners. This role must have a strong technical background with the Automate platform in order to perform server, cloud, and database technical support/consulting. The objective of this position is to deliver quality implementations in a timely manner by analyzing needs, engaging in research, collaborating with others, resolving partner issues, and documenting solutions while providing individually tailored LabTech environments to our partner base
Resolution of partner issues through discovery, replication, resolution, and overall professional and responsive problem or incident management.
Document partner interactions developed solutions and results in a clear and concise manner.
Independently provides and implements custom solutions based on partner needs.
Collaborate with team members to create complex LabTech scripts.
Communicate status and resolution to partners and LabTech personnel in a factual, professional, timely, and consistent manner.
Engages in the application of systems analysis of hardware or software for best practices per LabTech.
Technical documentation, and provides solutions based on a diagnosis of the problem.
Independently provides and implements solutions based on partner and end-user needs.
Application of systems analysis procedures and consults with partners to determine their software and systems functional applications.
Analyze, test, and modify partner LabTech environments based upon their unique design specifications and/or computing environment.
Responsible for ensuring complete partner satisfaction.
Drives product improvements and enhancements on behalf of partners through automation.
Seeks opportunities to develop and/or improve tools and processes to enhance LabTech Softwares efficiency in resolving partner issues.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to effectively lead and manage technical discussions internally and with partners.
Ability to manage and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Two industry certifications are preferred, including but not limited to, A+, Server+, MCP, MCITP, MCSE, VCP
2+ years supporting enterprise-level software, particularly in an MSP environment
2+ years of Automate Support or Consulting experience required
Basic experience with PowerShell and VBScript is preferred
Basic experience with SQL and MySQL is preferred
Basic experience with utilizing WMI queries to pull system information and setting parameters
Server-level technical skills: server builds and administration, setup, and support, antivirus management; virtual environment administration
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to effectively communicate through phone and email is required
Ability to work independently with minimal management guidelines
Problem-solving proficiency and the ability to meet provided deadlines
Experience with IIS setup and configuration
Familiarity with networking protocols and basic firewall configuration
