MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Implementation Specialist .
WORK FROM THE COMFORTS OF YOUR HOME!*The Implementation Specialist is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Implementation Specialist may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
General Description: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and training needs of the client with respect to Patient Portal services.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): PHP 18,000 - 20,000
Reports to the Implementation Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Maintain website and software application/s
Work directly with client remotely through chat or call to provide first call resolutions on the software or app issues they encounter
Work on assigned emails on issues received via email
Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests
Requirements:
Must PREFER to work in graveyard shift
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with computer/technical terminology to understand and efficiently answer support questions
Able to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
Experience with working on accounts related to Healthcare or Electronic Medical Records is preferred
Great attention to detail
Independent; can work with less supervision
Background in IT, Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering is preferred
ESL/Training experience is a plus
Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
