YOUR ROLE
To analyze and evaluate processes to be implemented, create and review working instructions and service level agreements. Review of tasks on a continuous basis to gain greater efficiency and Ensure Reporting Dashboard are updated.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all Seafreight Implementation via Jira
Clarify all questions before implementation with the requestors
Ensure that newly implemented task is align with SSC Standard Operations Procedure and all deviation, if any, are reduced to strict minimum
Create and maintain working instructions
Assist on creation of training material
Review of existing Implementations for potential to Automate them or gain better productivity
Support SSC teamleads with clarification on tasks and technical help
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Communication, influencing and motivation skills
Transport operational systems, data analysis and reporting knowledge
Strong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solving
Familiarity with training methods, ability to identify different learning styles
