Job Summary:
 
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Impex Staff to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle the processing, packing, and shipping of orders efficiently and accurately.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
Coordinate with couriers and freight providers for pickup and delivery
Maintain accurate shipping and tracking records
Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
Support inventory management by updating stock records as needed
Handle shipping-related documentation and customs paperwork
Communicate with internal teams for shipping updates or issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with shipping software and tools is a plus
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, email)
