Job Description 1. Arrange, facilitate and monitor shipments for both import and export.
2. In charge of computation of duties and taxes
3. Shall prepare and process PEZA forms (8106, 8105) for farm-in and farm-out of goods
4. Close coordination with suppliers for all the required documents.
5. Close coordination and monitoring of the release of imported goods.
6. Prepare and submit brokers and suppliers' billing to Accounting Dept.
7. Facilitate and manage compliance of all PEZA and BOC shipment and movement related matters
8. Recording, updating, filing and storing of all IMPEX documents.
9. Source and acquire potential suppliers and brokers
10. Canvass best quotation and price from suppliers.
11. Preparation and supervision of Purchase Orders
12. Coordination of deliveries from supplier to Warehouse Department
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Finance, Business Administration or its
equivalent.
Background with PEZA processing of import and export requirements
Proven experience of at least 2 years as Import/Export Officer
Background in purchasing
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and documentation
Compensation 20000
Compensation Range ₱20,000 - ₱30,000
