Coordinate with costumer's impex personnel.
Coordinate with supplier's impex personnel.
Coordinate with purchasing for the delivery of needed goods (importation).
Monitor and track imported goods and provide report of the following:
a) Tracking list of goods for importation.
b) List of forwarders used for importation and exportation.
c) Consolidation of imported goods.
Interface with QC/QA, planning, purchasing , production and material controller with regards to the delivery of goods.
-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

a) Pro forma Invoice
b) Packaging List
c) Bring in and bring out permit
d) Importation Papers
