Develop 3-year master plan anchored toward business requirements (include capex requirements). Provide technical guidelines and long-term strategy (Include upgrades/redundancy/resiliency). Integrated plan across all domain and introduction/enhancement of new products, service or capabilities. Develop a 3-year master plan. Guidelines and Solution for pain points and issues. DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Responsible Drill down on details of Business Strategies and requirements to guide planning domains to output workable plans that satisfy business needs (i.e. Completeness of HLD, Timing of availability of HLD and Capex) Facilitate engagement across planning domains to support the drive of establishing availability of integrated high level plans to support the following Programs (Wireless, Wireline, Enterprise, SG, NPD and EPD) through: Set up strategic discussion with planning domains (Access, Transport & Facilities) to produce high level plans that align on Capex guidance during Business Planning period. Influences design by providing guidance and floating insightful queries that would lead to cost efficiency of high level plans wherein Capex Impact of exposure is about $300 - $400Mn year on year Analyzes high level designs across planning domains and direct domains on the alignment of plans that ensures capacity, connectivity, resiliency and EUL are part of considerations that leads to complete endorsement of integrated high level plans to engineering domains Inclusion of wireless access and transport strategic capacity readiness solution that takes advantage of opportunistic situation (e.g. small cells, advance build of capacity on areas with high potential growth, establishment of resiliency on critical areas that are with high occurrence of outages) Recommends execution of options leading to acceleration of monetization of network investment (e.g. prioritization of LLTI during Capex availing, apply pool of nominations vs budget availability, early visibility of permitting if doable and apply mitigating solution) Interface towards Core Elements) Work with Ops and Planning domains for the identification of network elements with EUL perspective on the objective of achieving cost efficiency on maintenance enrollment with vendors. B. Planning Representative in Ops, SMD and MOR Engagement - Supporting Operational Sustainability Lead in engaging Network Operations, Project Implementation and Monthly Operation Review session with Business People on the ground wherein drive is to facilitate resolution through incorporation in the high level plans for the following: Ops, SMD endorsement - Network Vulnerability and Customer Experience parameters resolve through RMP handling PMO, PD endorsement - IMP representative in Project Implementation meetings, to understand and formulate solution that paves the way to proceed with LLD or execution Review of high level plans and Capex prior to approval of Memo to Spend by RMP Mancom for projects with stand-alone Business case (i.e. NPD, EPD, SG, EG) Drive the availability and updating of Network Guidelines amongst domains (Access, Transport, Facilities & Transport Core) C. Management of Communication Plan Responsible for cascade of High Level Plans towards Engineering Domains (e.g. AEPM, TND) and conduct of inform sessions with IMP, PMO & PG Endorsement of high level plans (e.g. progressive plans, end state plans, stand-alone projects) Facilitate IMP Regional Solution Board wherein this venue caters for: Formal Endorsement and elaboration of progressive and end state access, transport, facilities and transport core high level plans towards engineering domains (AEPM & TND) Facilitate Regional Operations Review with regional operation that would allow recalibration of high level plans Facilitate and cascade of planning guidelines Provide Regional Planning Report to the following: NPE and IMP MANCOM NTG MANCOM Updates SLT - Selected Updates Performs Sensitivity Analysis of Across Network Layers (Access, Core Transport and Capacity and Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
