Job Description Overall responsible for the establishment of high level plans and scope of work leading to network build. Interfaces with the different Engineering, Program Governance and Project Management teams ensuring completeness and appropriateness of the plans and scope of work in support of the network projects. 1. Drives the establishment of executable plans in support of the network build programs. In particular: 1.1 Integrates the different domains solutions and Scope of Work (SOW) covering Access, Transport, Facilities and Core systems. 1.2 Rationalizes the solutions and SOW with the different domains to ensure that these are complete and appropriate on the perspective of capacity, resiliency and useful life. 1.3 Establishes and endorses High Level Plans (HLP) to Engineering and Implementation teams consisting of access, transport, core and facilities solutions, vendor awards and purchase requisitions/order (PR/PO) included 1.4 Drives and manages performance in terms of completeness, appropriateness and timeliness of the solutions and Scope of Work with the different domains. Performs Regional Solutions Board meeting to align and address gaps on solutions and SOW with Engineering and Prgram/Project implementation teams Regularly releases Scorecards to align the domains and management of the status, gaps and management support to realize the plan 1.5 Performs regular reviews of Network Guidelines with the domains ensuring that these are updated, relevant and adhered to. 2. Collaborates with Network Operations and Service Management teams to proactively identify, manage and resolve issues impacting the network and service performance. 2.1 Drives the establishment of plans, solutions and its funding to address performance issues 2.2 Performs regular collaboration meetings with Regional Operations and Service Management to update them on new developments on network plans, guidelines and proactively identify network vulnerabilities (e.g, capacity, resiliency, end of life) needing Planning team's intervention such as in the case of solutions needing capacity/design enhancements and funding.
