Responsibilities: SPOC of Network Team towards business for Technical solution concerns Lead in the development of network plans and enhance implementation of overall strategies to establish proper and efficient network to address business needs Drive and collaborate with Business teams their 3-year requirements that will be be considered in the annual 3-year Masterplan Ensure that Business requirements are captured and scoped in the annual budget and properly document and communicate the result of the prioritization Lead in developing new solutions and products that will address business pain-points or offer new business opportunities Drive the delivery of network commitment to business from the timely availment of budget and endorsement of design to driving the Project Delivery / Program Governance Drive business in supporting network requirements to support in improving customer experience Drive Analysis of network vulnerabilities and inefficiencies and develop solutions that will address them Lead, manage & review the development of the high level solution design that will deliver and support the requirements Innovate new solutions and explore cost effective approach Collaborate with different stakeholders within the Network teams and also with other enablers (Product Management, Delivery Management, IT Team, etc.) Interact with Vendors and Partners Manage people and resources Requirements: Strong overall Network solutions/engineering background Strong leadership skills. Able to manage results from people and from teams Good interpersonal skills and willing to engage in courageous conversations Have essential knowledge on Wireless and Wired E2E Network Good Product Management skills Excellent presentation skills and in developing presentation materials Fluent in English language People manager Project Management skills Stakeholder Management skills At least 15 years of experience in Telecom and 5 years of experience in people management Filipino Citizen Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
