We are looking for a dynamic and talented Illustrator Designer for our Publishing LOB. We are a fast-growing, family-owned company dedicated to turning manuscripts into the published works of our authors' dreams. We are a passionate team of book lovers committed to quality and creativity.
 
We are seeking a talented Illustrator to create original artwork for both print and digital publications. While we will provide specific project guidelines, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
 
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers on our production team, maintaining open communication with authors and clients to ensure their vision is realized.
Ideal candidate for the role:
Proven experience in digital illustration, with the ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
A strong digital portfolio showcasing previous work.
Experience in book illustration is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, and PH holidays
Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative
Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately
