As part of its transformation, EY's Global Brand Marketing and Communication function is seeking to both transform itself and become more deeply integrated with the Global Markets function to truly face the market in a integrated Go-To-Market (iGTM) manner. To enable this transformation, we are seeking a deeply experienced leader who can simultaneously drive multiple transformative projects and strategic initiatives. Essential Skills Deep knowledge of both agile and waterfall project management methodology for running complex projects At least 8 years of relevant consulting / project management experience Experience running global scale projects related to marketing and/or sales organizations highly preferred Experience of managing non-IT project initiatives in large scale transformations in highly matrix organizations Experience in aspects of change, e.g. technology, process and organizational change Comfortable working independently and with ambiguity to develop concepts that evolve, mature and iterate through consultation with colleagues Ability to deliver work products of the highest quality and use project management acumen to overcome risks and issues to ensure timely delivery. Must have experience working with PowerPoint and articulating project insights and summaries for senior leadership in PowerPoint format A strong communicator, someone willing to challenge and contribute to the evolution of solutions and support in their realisation Skills Requirement Desired Technical Skills Professional certification.
