Directs and Manages the Industrial Engineering & Technical Services functions of Magnolia Cavite and Sta. Rosa Plants.
In charge of analysis and review of manufacturing standards, processes; Capacity planning and analysis; equipment and labor utilization analysis; line-balancing, lay-out and workstation design; ergonomics improvement; CAPEX projects review/evaluation; analysis and measurement of productivity improvement, cost reduction projects and waste management programs.
Minimum of 5 years extensive experience in industrial engineering operations, operating research, production or manufacturing, at least in a supervisory capacity. Preferably from food manufacturing industry.
Has above average oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Highly analytical and has above average mathematical skills.
Has mechanical, electro-mechanical , electrical aptitude skills.
Proficient in computer softwares (MS Office- Excel, Word and Power Point)
