The IE - PPIC Associate supports production planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency by assisting in scheduling, inventory monitoring, logistics coordination, and productivity analysis. This role is ideal for Industrial Engineering graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and monitoring daily and weekly production plans.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.
Conduct Time and Motion Studies to analyze cycle times, manpower utilization, and work methods.
Gather and analyze production and inventory data for reporting and improvement purposes.
Prepare and update PPIC, logistics, and productivity reports.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the PPIC Supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Willing to learn ERP systems
Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
