Job Description:
Provide English translation of pre-owned Japanese vehicle auction sheets.
Actively Participate in live Japanese Auctions.
Collaborate with the Japan team to understand auction schedules and vehicle availability.
Maintain direct and effective communication with iDirect Auction Staff in Japan to facilitate smooth auction operations.
Provide real-time responses to customer inquiries regarding vehicle recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience in the Japanese Language
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese (conversational level)
At least JLPT N5 Exam Passer
Basic Computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
Team Player
Car Sales experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
