Position Overview:
As an IAM Analyst, you will be assisting in safeguarding our digital identities and access controls.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: Shifting, 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Access Control and Permissions
Assist in defining, enforcing, and documenting access control policies and permissions.
Collaborate with IAM team members to ensure that users have appropriate access to systems and resources
User Account Management
Participate in user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request processes
Maintain user account databases and directories, ensuring accuracy and security
Access Reviews and Auditing
Conduct access reviews and audits to identify and remediate access control violations and potential security risks
Assist in implementing regular access certification processes
Incident Response Support
Assist in investigating security incidents related to unauthorized access or data breaches
Support incident response efforts by gathering and analyzing access-related data
Identity Lifecycle Management
Assist in managing the identity lifecycle, including user onboarding, changes, and offboarding
Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models
IAM Tool Management
Learn and operate IAM tools and technologies, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies
Contribute to the optimization and enhancement of IAM tools and processes
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist in preparing regular reports on IAM activities and access control compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong interest in cybersecurity and IAM concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field
Experience in any ticketing tool (Connectwise, Service Now, Jira, etc.), and Active Directory is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 22,000php - 25,000php
New hire bonus of 5,000php
Risk allowance of 2,000php
