Job Responsibilities: * Directs onboarding and offboarding of all users by provisioning and deprovisioning access within all necessary systems
Leads account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from inception to termination for all users
Manages access privileges of internal and external individuals
Manages the day-to-day operations of IAM systems by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair
Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of Identity Management needs, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts.
Partner with internal teams to drive data management framework and processes by documenting new identity management automation processes, workflows and policies
Creates and populates additional fields within Active Directory and other systems, as needed
Modifies and populates existing fields within Active Directory and other systems, as needed
Identifies any outdated access control protocols and make recommendations to modernize and strengthen IAM security
Maintains a clear understanding of role-based access control and choose the most appropriate option to maintain a "least privilege" level of access for all users
Conducts periodic auditing of users accounts and accesses
Generates reports for users accounts and accesses
Qualifications: * 2 years experience in Identity and Access Management
Experience in Active Directory Users and Computer and Google Workspace
Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, and Windows Operating Systems
With strong analytical skill needed for the job
Graduate of bachelor's degree
Willing to work in shifting schedules
Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) is an advantage
With BPO work experience is an advantage
